Purpose
The Product & Integrations Executive plays a key role in supporting both the Product and Integrations teams, ensuring that spa and hotel partners are effectively onboarded and that their offering is accurate, competitive, and well maintained.
This role combines partner onboarding, product administration, and integration support. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining venues and packages, supporting connectivity onboarding and package maintenance and acting as a key link between Product, Integrations and external partners.
Working across both Product and Integrations, this role plays an important part in streamlining processes, improving collaboration and supporting the continued evolution of our product and integration strategies.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Support onboarding of spa and hotel partners across product setup and integration platforms
Set up and maintain venues, packages, rates, images, and content on internal systems and website
Assist with mapping rooms and packages, ensuring accuracy and timely configuration
Manage Product and Integrations inboxes, responding to supplier and partner queries efficiently
Monitor availability and pricing accuracy, particularly during peak trading periods
Troubleshoot and resolve integration, product, and connectivity issues with internal teams and partners
Maintain accurate supplier, venue, and integration data across systems and documentation
Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure all products are correctly built, displayed, and optimised
Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, supporting both product and integration-related needs
Provide operational and administrative support across Product and Integrations teams, contributing to team KPIs and process improvements
Skills & Experience
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when building packages, managing data, rates, availability and problem solving queries
Experience within travel, hospitality or spa industry is desirable
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Exposure to integrations, channel managers or API/XML connectivity is desirable
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership and follow through
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with a practical, problem-solving approach
Confident working across multiple systems and spreadsheets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently
Previous experience in a high-volume, administrative or operations-focused office role is desirable
